Mr. Jackson is a native of Guntersville, Alabama. In 1980, Mr. Jackson graduated from Jefferson Davis High School in Montgomery, Alabama. He later graduated from GAB Basic Adjuster School in 1985 and directly followed by attending GAB Intermediate Casualty School, graduating in 1987.  He worked in the Property and Casualty Insurance Claims Adjusting industry for twenty years prior to pursuing a career in the legal profession. After obtaining his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Faulkner University in 1990, he attended the Birmingham School of Law where he received his Juris Doctor in 2002. Mr. Jackson has been actively practicing law for eight years in Boaz, Alabama. He is active in Boy Scouts where he served as a Boy Scout Leader for more than seven years and is an Eagle Scout himself. He is a member of the Alabama State Bar, Marshall County Bar Association and the Marshall County Volunteer Guardian program. He is admitted to practice law in Federal Court as well as all Circuit and District Courts in the State of Alabama.

Chasity Jackson, Paralegal

Mrs. Jackson is a native of Guntersville, Alabama as well. She is a Guntersville High School Alumni and is currently enrolled full-time at Snead State Community College where she is studying for an Associates in Business Management. Mrs. Jackson plans to transfer her two year degree to a four year with a major in Business Management. Mrs. Jackson is also a Guntersville Cheerleading and Softball coach and member of the Guntersville Elementary PTO.
